Do you offer rentals all year round?

  Yes we are open 365 days of the year.



What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

This is ultimately the customer’s responsibility; however, we will help with each of our customers to the best of our ability.


How much fuel will I need?

Our rentals have a 9.5-gallon fuel tank. Depending on the length of your rental and driving style, typically a full tank of fuel will last 1 to 2 days.



Are there any additional charges or fees?

No. All fees and charges will be disclosed to the customer in the rental agreement.


What are your age requirements for the driver/renter?

We require all drivers to be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.


Are passengers required to wear a helmet?

Per Arizona State law any passenger under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet. We provide helmets.


What type of fuel do the rentals use?

All of our rentals require premium unleaded. 


How much is the rental deposit?

Our rental deposit is a refundable $1500.


What items are considered normal wear and tear?

There is absolutely no wear and tear items. We maintain all of our equipment to the highest standard and change out all possible wearable items on a routine basis. This includes drive belts, clutches, tires and anything else that may be considered a wear and tear item.


What if the rental becomes disabled during the rental time frame? Will I be refunded?

We will complete a full inspection of the vehicle and if damage was caused by a manufacture defect, then we will give a partial up to a full refund. If the customer is found to be the cause of the damage there will be no refund. This will be determined by an individual case basis per the rental agreement guidelines.


How does the refundable deposit work?

Your deposit will be refunded once we complete the full vehicle inspection. This normally will happen with in 1 to 2 business days.
